Puggles play learning is held in the Library on Tuesdays from 9:00am to 11:00am, starting from 19 February, 2019.

The Puggles program focuses on using nursery thymes, songs, dance, movement and stories to engage young children.

Puggles is a program designed for young children up to the age they enter school.  It is a fun and interactive program that provides opportunities for oral language experiences, social interactions and extension of vocabulary.

Children have opportunities to:

  • develop language, literacy and numeracy skills
  • develop good listening skills
  • develop social skills appropriate for school
  • have fun and interact with other children and adults
  • develop a community of friends

Puggles oral language program starts at 9:00am - 10:00am in the library and is followed by a playgroup from 10:00am - 11:00am where children participate in art and craft activities, read stories, play with blocks and toys and enjoy outdoor play.

All children aged from birth - 4 years old are very welcome to attend.  Parents are required to remain at school with their child.
